Limited Warranty For Abu Garcia & Penn Reels Purchased From Authorised Malaysian Dealers
“Pure Fishing” refers to Pure Fishing Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 515617-X).
“Claim” refers to any claim by the purchaser of Pure Fishing fishing reel subject to the terms and conditions herein below stated.
“Fishing Reel” refers to fishing reel purchased directly from Pure Fishing or its authorised agents (including sub-agents) in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore.
“Defective” refers to non-conformities in materials and workmanship under manufacturer standard. Reels that have been tempered, modified, repaired by unauthorised party, or has been subjected to alteration, abuse or damage caused by the owner’s failure to provide necessary or reasonable maintenance shall not be deem defective.
Limited 1 Year Warranty
- The warranty period is only valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- Upon approval of the claim, Pure Fishing will undertake to repair or replace the defective fishing reel (subject to wear and tear / rough gear feel) at no cost to the purchaser.
Claim / Repair Procedure
- The purchaser is required to submit the defective fishing reel together with the original purchase receipt and this warranty card containing the purchaser’s details (on the reverse side of this warranty card) to Pure Fishing.
- In the event that any replacement of a discontinued fishing reel is required, Pure Fishing reserves the right to replace the discontinued fishing reel with a similar product that is equivalent in value.
- Pure Fishing reserves the rights to amend the above terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
